Can you work with clients outside Indonesia?
Yes. Consultations, requirements gathering, development, and handover can all be done online through email, WhatsApp, and video meetings, so distance is not an obstacle. Our team is based in Depok, Indonesia (GMT+7).
How is a project priced and paid?
After a free consultation and requirements analysis we send a fixed-scope proposal and quote. Custom web and WebGIS projects follow a payment scheme of 30% down payment, 40% on progress, and 30% on completion. Indicative prices are listed on each service page.
Who owns the source code?
You do. The source code is 100% owned by the client once payment is settled, together with the technical documentation.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes a bug-fixing warranty (the length depends on the package), followed by optional monthly or annual maintenance packages covering security patches, performance tuning, and new features.
Where will my application be hosted?
Wherever you need it: we deploy to cloud servers, a private cloud, or your own on-premise infrastructure, depending on your compliance and data-residency requirements.
